FlashBooked ("we," "us") provides an AI receptionist and booking/CRM platform for home service businesses in Ireland. This policy explains what information we collect through flashbooked.com, how we use it, and the third-party tools involved. It also covers the tools we use to run the platform on behalf of our clients — if you're a customer of a FlashBooked client (for example, you've contacted or booked with a business that uses our system), your enquiry and contact details may pass through the same tools, as described below. We do not sell your personal data.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone number, and business details when you book a call, fill out a form, or message us.
- Booking data — when you use the calendar embed to book a call, that request is handled by our scheduling provider, GoHighLevel, which processes your name, email, phone, and selected time.
- Usage data — pages visited, referral source, device/browser type, and general location, collected automatically via the Meta Pixel described below.
Third-party tools used on this site and platform
We use the following services to operate, measure, and advertise this site, and to run the booking/CRM platform on behalf of our clients. Each operates under its own privacy policy. Not every tool applies to every client — some (like Sage and OpenSolar) are only used where a client has connected that integration.

- To respond to enquiries and schedule calls.
- To send SMS and email follow-up about your enquiry or booking — by submitting your phone number, you consent to receive these messages; reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- To measure and improve our own ad campaign performance.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data collected through the tools above is used only for the purposes listed.
Your rights under GDPR
As we operate in Ireland, your data is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
