These terms govern your use of flashbooked.com. By using this site or booking a call through it, you agree to the terms below. This page covers use of the website itself — it is not the service agreement for FlashBooked customers, which is provided separately if you become a client.

You may browse this site and use the booking form for its intended purpose — enquiring about or scheduling a call with FlashBooked. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through the booking form.

No guaranteed results

Any figures, examples, or projections shown on this site (including call-answer rates, job values, or return on investment) are illustrative, not guarantees. Actual results depend on your business, location, competition, and how the service is set up and used. We confirm fit for your business on a call before any commitment is made.

Booking calls

Booking a call does not create a binding service agreement. If you proceed as a customer, separate terms covering pricing, service scope, and cancellation will be provided and agreed before any charges apply.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to FlashBooked and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, FlashBooked is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
