About FlashBooked

Software built around how your business actually works

FlashBooked exists because too many trades and home service businesses are forced to adapt the way they work to generic software.
We think the software should adapt to the business.

I studied Computer Science at University College Cork (UCC), so building the actual software — not just selling it — has always been where I'm most at home.

I started FlashBooked after seeing the same problem over and over with trades and home service businesses: they're sold one-size-fits-all software, then end up changing the way they actually work just to fit the system.

Before FlashBooked, I built and ran BookedClinics, a digital marketing and automation agency working with health and wellness clinics across North America.

That meant working directly with paid advertising, booking funnels, CRM systems, lead follow-up and the processes that take someone from their first enquiry through to becoming a paying customer.

That's where I learned what actually makes a difference to a small business owner:

Not more software. Fewer things falling through the cracks.

FlashBooked applies that same thinking to trades and home service businesses in Ireland.

Whether the bottleneck is invoicing, scheduling, quoting, lead management, fleet tracking, customer follow-up or something completely specific to your business, we build the system around the way you already operate.

Sometimes that's automation.

Sometimes it's connecting the tools you already use.

Sometimes it's a completely custom application.

The problem comes first. The technology comes second.

How I approach a new build

  1. Show me the bottleneck. Every business is losing time or money somewhere specific — a missed enquiry, a slow invoice, an outstanding quote or a scheduling mess. We start there, not with a feature list.
  2. Build around your workflow. The system and the technology behind it are chosen to fit the way your business works. Sometimes that's automation on top of what you already use. Sometimes it's a custom application.
  3. Stay hands-on after launch. I'd rather fix something quickly than have you and your team work around a broken process for months.

Have a process that's slowing your business down?

Show us how it works today. We'll tell you what we'd change, what we'd automate and whether it's actually worth building.
